Interactions between the customer and the product or service. Interactions between suppliers and the procurement team. Interactions between any stakeholder and the corresponding touchpoint.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">At each of these touchpoints, the brand has an impact \u2013 some obviously more significant than others \u2013 and depending on the brand\u2019s attributes, some more positively than others.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">But how does brand have an effect? On the consumer, that\u2019s plain to see, but on other stakeholders you have to think more deeply to identify cost savings. Suppliers might offer a discount to work with a brand they think is easy to deal with. Staff who feel pride in their brand might work that much harder to increase profitability. Over the last 10 years, the strongest brands in the Brand Finance Global 500 \u2013 the annual report on the world\u2019s most valuable and strongest brands \u2013 have also been the most resilient and recover fastest after economic shocks.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">There are two ways of thinking about a brand \u2013 how much does it cost me? Or how much does it make me? If you start to shift the way you think about brands to focus more on the second question than the first, you can start to unpick how the intelligent use of a brand can provide incremental profit to a business on all lines of the P&amp;L.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">Brands are often the most valuable asset in a company, on average at around 20% of the total business value. Understanding and using them effectively can provide faster growth, unlock shareholder value, and allow for a sustainable future.<\/p><p class=\"p2\"><b>Why brands matter to investors<\/b><\/p><p class=\"p3\">Brand Finance analysis has found strong benefits to investors from brands.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">There have been many studies highlighting the fact that brands tend to bring stability in returns and outsized growth in comparison to competitors \u2013these, in turn, lead to growing share price and higher security for loan repayments.<\/p><p class=\"p3\">This is the reason why Warren Buffet frequently cites strong intangibles, and brands in particular, as moats that protect his investments\u2019 value and help them grow in the long run.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dbdaae8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dbdaae8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\"><b>Analyse micro\u00e9conomique<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b>L\u2019importance des marques pour les entreprises<\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">Les marques sont la somme de toutes les interactions : celles entre le client et le produit\/service, entre les fournisseurs et la cha\u00eene logistique, et entre chaque partie prenante et son point de contact.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">La marque g\u00e9n\u00e8re un impact \u00e0 chacune de ces interactions.
